Custom System Design- For those who have more unique needs for a mobile communication system, we offer custom system design. This normally applies when a traditional mounting solution will not work.

In an emergency situation where service is required, Lutra Technologies will assist emergency response units, regardless of the day or time, if it is within our power to do so. System Update Service- The original firmware and configuration settings in VSAT installs will not work forever. It is crucial to stay up to date with new firmware versions and configuration settings in order to maintain the reliablilty of your system everytime you deploy. Lutra Technologies offers complete system update services, which include a full dish calibration and deployment test to ensure that your system is fully operational when we leave the site.
