Bovino on October 27, 1999.  After spending 18 years in the Systems Engineering division of the New York City based ABC Television Network  Mr. Bovino realized the same satellite systems and technology being used by commercial broadcasters would soon become more cost  effective for government, commercial, and private clients alike.
